Rejected by App Review? We take it from here.
Diagnosis, code and metadata fixes, the reply to App Review, and the resubmission — done for you. We never ask for your Apple ID password, and changes arrive as a pull request in your repo.
- No Apple ID password
- Scoped App Store Connect access
- Changes delivered as pull requests

Why it matters
A rejection is not a bug report. It is a stopped clock.
Every round is days back in the queue. The update you shipped for is frozen, the revenue you planned for it is not arriving, and the launch date you gave someone else is already wrong. Most teams lose more to the waiting than to the fix.

Process
How it works
Four steps. You stay in control of your account and your code at every one of them.
- 01
Free triage
Paste the rejection and within 12 business hours get a written diagnosis and a fixed price.
- 02
Scoped access
You grant only what the case needs — for metadata cases, often nothing beyond the rejection text.
- 03
Fix and reply
Code changes arrive as a pull request, and you see the reply to App Review before it is sent.
- 04
Resubmit and follow through
We prepare the build, you press Release, and follow-ups on the fixed guidelines are covered by the guarantee.
TimelinesWe do not control how long App Review takes. We reply within 12 business hours, Mon–Fri.
Working styleAsync by default: written updates, no standing calls.
Access and code
No passwords. Only the roles you grant.
Access goes up a ladder, only as far as the case requires.
- Level 0Rejection text only
- Level 1App Manager, one app
- Level 2Repository collaborator
- Never your Apple ID password or a 2FA code.
- Every change arrives as a pull request.
- Your code stays yours. NDA on request.
- At handover, our access is revoked and local copies are deleted.

Questions
Frequently asked
Do you need my Apple ID password?
No. We never ask for your Apple ID password or a 2FA code, and we will never ask you to send one. For code-level cases you invite us to App Store Connect with the App Manager role, limited to a single app, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
Do you guarantee approval?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Apple decides. What we stand behind is the work: if the submission is not approved for the guidelines we fixed, we keep working on them at no extra cost for up to 3 resubmissions within 60 days, and if it still is not approved you do not pay the second half.
How fast can you start?
Triage comes back within 12 business hours. Business hours means Mon–Fri — if you write on a Friday night in the US, the clock starts Monday. Work normally starts the next business day after you accept the quote.
What stacks do you support?
We work in SwiftUI, UIKit, React Native / Expo, Flutter and Capacitor. If your app is built with something else, send the rejection anyway — triage is free and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right people.
Do I have to give you my whole codebase?
No. Metadata cases need nothing but the rejection text. Code cases need collaborator access to the repository so we can open a pull request, and that can be a single repo. We do not need production credentials, signing keys, or customer data.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, before you send anything. Your code is not reused elsewhere, and local working copies are deleted after handover.
What happens if Apple finds something new on resubmission?
It happens, and we are direct about it: a new issue under a different guideline is a new scope, quoted at the same per-item price before we touch it. Anything under the guidelines already in scope is covered by the guarantee.
What if the problem is the product itself (4.2 or 4.3)?
Then a patch will not clear it, and we will tell you that in triage rather than after you pay. What we can do is diagnose precisely what Apple is objecting to and scope the smallest product change that would meet the guideline. Sometimes that work is worth it. Sometimes the honest answer is that the app needs to be a different app.
How do payments and invoices work?
Fix tiers are 50% to start, 50% after Apple approves the submission. Metadata-only work is invoiced on delivery. Prices in USD. EUR invoices available. We accept Bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT), Card via invoice link and Wise.
Do you work with agencies (white-label)?
Yes. We work under your name, talk to your client only if you want us to, and deliver pull requests into their repository the same way. Ask in the triage form and we will send white-label terms.
